Car Notes |
2010.10.18 Ebay
Port Orange, FL
2000 Camaro SS with 37393 miles as of today (10/13/10).
Nearly all stock - K&N air filter is only non stock addition,
Navy Blue Metallic,
Tan leather interior,
T-tops with factory sunshades,
Automatic,
CD player, Bridgestone RE760 Potenzas 805 miles ago,
new battery in February of this year,
Mobil1 oil changes. Professional detail of interior and exterior including engine on
07/15/10.This car was rarely driven and garage kept for most of its life.
My wife and I are the original owners of this car purchased in February
of 2000 but sold it to a friend in September of 2005 only to purchase it
back in July of 2008 when it became available again because we missed
the car. During this time my friend somehow lost the 2nd key fob and
keys. The car runs great, shifts smoothly and drives fine.
To disclose any known problems I offer the following:We have attempted to take pictures to give anyone interested an idea of
what to expect.
The interior has a small stain in the rear near the cupholder that is
measured to be approximately 1" by 1/2" in size. We are non-smokers but
the friend I sold it to let his 55-60 y/o mother (a smoker) drive the
car occasionally and it looks like she touched a cigarette to the
driver's side visor which caused a mark about 1/8" in diameter there. The
leather interior is in really nice shape with normal leather wrinkles but no
sun-cracking. There is, however, some wear to the driver's side seat
backrest portion outside edge, a common wear area for Camaros from
getting in and out of the car.
The exterior paint is glossy with no sun fading but has the following
blemishes - 2 small scuffs to front fascia on lower right (pictured). You really
have to bend down to see this on!e, its being really nit-picky.
2 small scuffs or very light scratches approximately 1/2" length to
right rear quarter panel just above the wheel well also hardly
noticeable but mentioned here. (pictured)
1 chip about the size of the head of a ball point pen on the trunk lid
on right side (near the seam between trunk lid and rear quarter panel).
(Pictured and a little more noticeable)
Some Very light scuffs to bumper cover on left rear.
Driver's side door edge looks like someone opened the driver's door into
something and the paint on the edge got chipped in some areas(on the
edge only, not on the face of the door). There are some scuffs or very light scratches located on the passenger side door (ranging from 1/2" in length with the largest being about 5" in length), again you need to look closely to see these ones as they are less than 1 millimeter in width. I list these to be as honest as possible for the buyer as this is a really nice 10
year old car with very low miles. If you want additional pictures of any areas of the car, please feel free to email. This car has very low
miles and being nearly stock is a bonus. So many are chopped up with all
kinds of aftermarket mods some may not want, this one is not. This car
was street driven only and never drag raced, just enjoyed for what it
is.
In some cases the blemish in the picture looks worse in the picture than it
actually looks due to flash from the camera. I've tried to include the information most are looking for but I am
happy to answer any questions you may have.
The car will also be advertised elsewhere and we reserve the right to
sell to first buyer with funds. Car is being sold AS-IS. |
