austin, TX I bought this car new in 1996 and I have been the only adult driver since then. Several years ago I decided to have Mr. Charles Green of University Motors in Austin,Tx, rebuild the car for me. He had built a 1989 5 Liter Mustang for me earlier with Nitrous that I was very satisfied with but I decided to go with a super-charger on the Camaro. This car is a beast and has been driven on the street but I have finally come to the conclusion that I am getting too old for all this so I have decided to sell all my playcars. The Mustang was the first to go and now Iam sellingthe Camaro. The modifications are numerous and, although the car has over 96,000 miles on it, the new motor probably has no more than 5 or 6 thousand miles on it. Mr Green installed a new 383 cubic inch LT1 stroker block from Scoggin Dickey, an Ultradyne cam and a Vortech s-trim supercharger.It has long-tube Hooker Headers with a Borla exhaust and a beefed-up 3:90 rear end andCenterforce dual frictionclutch. The cylinder heads have been flowed and the requisit after market mass air flow, throttle body and large injectors installed. There are sub frame connectors, neoprine bushings and heavy-duty torque arms. Mr Green is available to discuss these and all the other modifications at 512-565-XXXX. The 6 speed Hurst shifter that came as part of the SS package is still there and, while the car came new with Air Conditioning It does not currently work but should be able to be repaired. A Bose radio and sound system, again part of the SS package, is in good working order. The car is garaged in Marble Falls, Texas, about 50 miles west of Austin and may be seen upon arrangement.
