Howell, Michigan, United States * 1999 Camaro SS "HOSS" Up for auction is a very nice and clean and may I mention SUPER RARE camaro. If you are looking you already know that only 375 SS Camaros were ever produced in 1999 hugger orange. 26 Hugger orange convertibles were created, but only 18 of them had white interior and a white top! To make things even better for a potential buyer is the fact that only 5 orange SS verts were a "Base" model with no SLP or Y2Y options...This is one of them. You cannot break it down any further, but not all of those 5 cars had a white top and white interior and auto trans! This information has been placed on the net and fairly accurate to enthusiasts. This Camaro just came from the original owner in AZ , clean and ready to go! Please read my description below and please remember the car is very very nice, but not a perfect car...it has been driven roughly 38,000 miles. * Exterior - Very nice clean and shiny original paint with no dents or dings. It does have a couple misc stone chips on the hood, but nothing bad and easy to touch up. The weakest part of the car is the white top. It functions properly, but shows wear (AZ sun). It does not leak, but to make the car a true 9.5 out of 10...I would replace it. I have had price of about 500.00 installed (cheaper if you do it yourself). It should be down anyway!!!!! * Interior - The interior is very nice and clean. The seats show very little wear and have no rips or tears. Being white.... I would rate a strong 9 out of 10, it is great inside (please look at the pics). The drivers side door panel bezel has that ever so common small crack in it. I am looking for one. It is medium gray and is a 97-99 color. New the bezel is about 80.00. The buttons all work as they should. If you know about these cars...you know this is a common issue. * Powertrain - This Camaro drives great and has plenty of power with all services up to date. The air blows cold and the heat is hot! All options work as they should and would expect! The tires are not original, but show what I beleive to be an even 75% tread left. I am not a tire expert! * Aftermarket - The car is unmolested and stock (tire exception). * Conclusion - Please be serious if you would like more information on the car. I will be more than happy to answer emails and talk on the phone. My number is 734-776-9516. The car is very rare and nice. I am just honest in my descriptions! I will show the car by appointment to serious buyers. Please no joy rides. The milage will change a bit as it will be shown and maybe driven a bit!!!!! The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges that may occur. I encourage anyone to look at the car before they bid and not after!
