A 10% under drive pulley was also installed when the cam was installed along with a custom tune. Engine is putting out approximately 410-425 horsepower and 380-390 foot pounds of torque. It is an estimate because it has never been on a dyno.

- Eibach 1.5 inch Lowering springs.
- KYB AGX Nitrogen filled adjustable gas shocks.

- Red powder coated brake calipers. Hawk HP Plus brake pads are brand new in the box and have not been installed yet but will be included (track rated pads). The fluid is an extreme high temp fluid designed to remain stabile even under track conditions. The brake rotors are cross drilled and slotted Summit steel rotors. Everything done to the brake system was done about 3500 miles ago.
The story of my car…
I have had this car for a few years now and as you can see I have put countless hours and 1000’s of dollars into it. I am putting the car up for sale because I no longer have anywhere to store it and do not drive it enough to make the hassle worthwhile. I did not do many appearance modifications other than painting the grill red to match because I love the way the car looks stock. Two very close friends work for J&J Speed Shop which is a local speed shop specializing in GM F-body performance where all of the work has been done. Jason owns the shop and Chuck is a manager. The car has always been maintained with transmission and coolant flushes yearly as well as having the oil changed with Mobil 1 regularly. I have the car aligned every spring to prevent any issues and the brake fluid has been changed a few times to keep it fresh as well as upgrading to better high-temp fluid. I have had the pleasure of driving the car on the track at the Dunnville Autodrome in Ontario Canada as well as Watkins Glen International Raceway in Watkins Glen New York. A group of friends and I spent the entire day on the 1.5 mile track in Canada where I put on a total of 62 miles while at Watkins Glen’s 3.2 mile track we only put on about 10 miles. Both road courses were experiences I will never forget but other than that it has not been tracked. There is a consensus among my friends (all high horsepower F-body/Mustang owners) that I have one of the best sounding cars in WNY due to the unique exhaust setup and they love how reliable it is. It starts and runs perfectly, not to mention the air conditioning blows ice cold. The title is rebuilt/salvaged however when you look at the car up close you wouldn’t believe it. When I bought the car I had it checked out by our body shop and service technicians, both of which did not believe me when I told them it was salvaged. Supposedly the car went into a ditch on the passenger side with 1700 miles but there are no visible signs anywhere except a few scratches to the undercarriage. I believe the original owner knew the insurance adjuster because this car is too nice to have been wrecked so bad it was deemed a total loss. If you want a car that has tons of power, is a blast to drive and turns heads everywhere it goes… this is it. |
