Car Notes
2007.10.29 Ebay

Newark, OH, United States

For sale is a very nice 1997 Camaro SS. I purchased the car in 2005 in NC and ran a car fax report showing the vehicle has never been in a collision. When I purchased it it had approx. 66,000 miles on it and now has just over 103,000 miles on it. The car has no major mechanical problems, but it does have a check engine light on due to an emission sensor. That has been on since I had the Borla exhaust installed which causes it to get a bad reading. I can have it fixed by having a new exhaust installed if you win the auction for an additional $300.00 if you wish. It also has a small damged area on the windshield, which has been repaired by safelite auto-glass to prevent the chip from spidering. The tires are brand new (less than 500 miles on them) and the clutch and flywheel were replaced at 95,000 miles. There was nothing wrong with the one I took out, just felt it was time for an upgrade. The power window motors are slow and may need replaced soon. The body and paint are good and have the normal wear and tear that one could expect of a 10 year old car. The rock chips on the front are moderate and the rear quarters have a few smaller than quarter sized dings. The interior is very nice and the cloth seats were replaced with leather from a 2000 camaro. The taillights and front corner lenses are aftermarket, but I have the originals if you prefer them instead. The chrome on the wheels is starting to flake pretty bad. The car is in really nice shape, but I tried to list all the flaws I know of so there is no suprises. If you are close, feel free to contact me and come see and take a ride in the car. The reserve is set way below KBB retail value so if you're going to bid, be ready to buy. Any questions can be most conveniently answered by calling me at 740-403-XXXX. Thanks for bidding.
