New Lenox, Illinois, United States 1997 CHEVY CAMARO 30TH ANNIVERSARY SS #671. Very rare all original SLP SS 6-speed that I recently bought from the original owner. This is 1 of around 340 6-speed t-tops 30th cars. The car is in excellant condition. The original owner ordered the car new from Bernard Chevrolet and put most on most of the highway miles in the first 4 yrs. The car has been in a garage since and only driven on nice days. The car was ordered with the 30th anniversary package, hust shifter, lube package, t-tops, and more. The only aftermarket items on the car are the Borla exhaust and a K&N air filter. The car has been very well maintained, it runs and drives better than a car with less than half the miles. The original drivetrain has never been apart. The car has never been in an accident and the paint is in like-new shape. There is 2 slight dings in the passenger rear quarter that are too small to picture. The front stripes were placed a few years back due to rock chips. The GM stripes were ordered through SLP and installed by a local chevy dealership . The RS camaro ground effects were ordered from GM when the order for the car was placed in 1997 and dealer installed before the car was delivered. The original wheels are in good shape with good tires. The interior is in great shape. The white seats could use a good cleaning. All the glass is in new shape, but the winshield has a one inch crack from a rock chip. Everything in the car works as it should. I have the SS SLP car cover for it and most of the docs: including the original window sticker, SLP SS order sheet, 1997 camaro sales brochure, SS SLP owners manual, 30th anniversary key fob. and some misc. I just had a new opti spark distributer installed by a local chevrolet dealer. Values on real 30th SS camaros are only going to rise. I have put about 300 miles in the six months I have owned it. I am trying to clear some bills is the only reason for selling. Any ?? let me know, thanks for looking! |
