Dunn, North Carolina For sale is a 1997 Pontiac TransAm WS6 in immaculate condition. The car is white with dark gray leather interior. It's a 6speed and has T-tops. Other than very little normal wear, the car is flawless with a mere 44K miles. I am the third owner. The original owner was from NY and at 27k miles had car redone (motor, transmission, exhaust, full suspension) by Tbyrne Motorsports just as a personal preference, not due to any mechanical failure. The car has many modifications (all professionally done) but is by no means a hotrod and would still be considered a daily driver. The only visual modifications the car has are: chrome 18 in. C6 Z06 wheels (9.5 fr., 10.5 rear) with new Sumitomo HTRZ tires (275/35 fr., 285/35 rear), 20% tinted windows, and painted rear bumper (see pictures). A few of the mechanical modifications are as follows: ported and polished heads, ported intake and throttle body, 1.7 roller rockers, cam, forged pistons, ceramic coated headers, full Borla exhaust, Hurst shifter, Centerforce clutch, Richmond 4:11 gear, Auburn Posi, subframe connectors, tork arms, panhard rod, aluminum driveshaft, and has been professionally computer tuned. The car dynoed at 360hp at the rear wheels (equivalent to approx. 400 at the crank) You will not find a car in any better mechanical or cosmetic condition, especially for the year. It is truly one of kind. |
