Nashville, TN RANS AM WS6 5.7L LT1 V8 engine, 315HP+. 6 speed manual transmission. 1 of only 2,051 produced in 1996. New Bridgestone tires (500 miles). Recent computerized alignment. Borla dual exhaust. Ram Air Hood (std on WS6). Eldebrock headers. New air filter. Original WS6 wheels. WS6 badge on rear still there. Air conditioning recently recharged. AM/FM/CD. Tan leather interior. T-Tops (no leaks). New EGR valve. NGK TR55 plugs + high temp Accel wires. Oil leaks around valve covers fixed. New throttle position sensor. New cats and O2 sensors. Electric driver's seat. Rear spoiler. Traction control. ABS. Dual airbags. Receipts for all recent work/parts kept. Passed TN emissions program June 2007 and have certificate of proof for registration in an emissions-controlled county. Reason for Selling: I would really prefer not to (considering how far I am getting it all back to optimum working condition), but recent family occurrences have forced my hand. Condition: I've got it near back to pristine condition. On the rear driver-side bumper area, there are 5 or so 'heat stress lines' in the plastic composite; not noticeable from a distance, but they're there. Interior is in excellent condition; no cracks in dash, no rips/holes in seats. Front nose of car is brand new as well. Paint shimmers and is rich and deep with a good waxing. Regarding the price, it's a PARTIAL reflection of all the recent work and new tires. Base retail value for a base Firebird in 'good' condition is $7,508 (AutomobileMag, Motortrend), and this is a WS6 TA. |
